I have a Coupon Code but I don't know how to use itCoupons are gift cards, discount codes generated by the site or issued by the customer service following customer reports; the coupon cannot be combined with other gift cards or coupons.

I received a damaged or disliked bottle: how can I return it and be refunded?Our courier is very careful to handle the packages sent with care. If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived damaged at your address, contact us immediately at our address info@fattoriasanmichele.it and explain the extent of the damage. We will answer you as soon as possible.
In case of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with the description of the damage by email in order to avoid similar problems in the future.

What if my wine tastes like cork?Even if it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles) it can happen that your wine tastes like a cork. In this case, keep the defective bottle with its contents and write to info@fattoriasanmichele.it: we will intervene immediately.

What are the times for the tastings?Tastings are possible from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, the last available time.

Is it possible to reach the farm by public transport?To reach us from Florence center, take the “tramvia” at Santa Maria Novella station towards “Villa Costanza”.
Get off at the “Resistenza” stop (it takes about 20 minutes). Once you get off, go towards via Turri, the main road, go back slightly in the opposite direction of travel of the tramway, cross the street and go left towards the bus stop SETTANTOTTESIMO REGGIMENTO.

Is it possible to stay overnight on the farm?Unfortunately at the moment it is not possible to stay overnight. However, we would be more than happy to recommend some excellent accommodations nearby.

How is my wine stored correctly?Wine is a living product, which is why it must be stored correctly so as not to lose its organoleptic characteristics, to ensure its evolution and expression over time. We recommend storing your bottle positioned horizontally, at 53-57° F, in the absence of light and with a humidity of around 70%.
